1. ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIP

How do I join BRANDCO and make an account?
To enjoy all the benefits BRANDCO has to offer, first you must create your new account. On the top right hand corner click ‘Create an account’ and register your details. Once submitted, you will be able to take full advantage of the BRANDCO site and all of our exclusive products. We will also send you an email regarding your account registration.
 
What if I forget my login details?
If you forget your password, click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and enter the email address associated with your BRANDCO account. We will then email you your password.
 
How do I update my account information?
On your 'My Account' page, click the ‘Edit your account information' link to change your name and contact details. You can also change your password, modify your wish list, and view your order history from this page.
 
How can I find my order history?
Your order history and other transaction information is provided on your Account page.
 
How can I subscribe to the BRANDCO newsletter?
To subscribe to BRANDCO’s newsletter you have to first create an account. At the bottom of the registration page there will be an option to subscribe to the newsletter. Simply click ‘Yes’ to subscribe. To unsubscribe, go to ‘My Account’ and click on the newsletter link.
 
What rewards can I receive by becoming a member?
Become a BRANDCO member to receive exclusive offers and discounts. On occasion, you will receive a promo code for use at the check-out - just because!
 
 
2. PRODUCTS & PURCHASING
 
How can I view new products and special deals?
At BRANDCO, we love looking after our members so we always stay up to date with special deals and offers. You can Shop by Brand or view our New Arrivals on the shopping menu on the BRANDCO homepage. 
 
How do I find a specific product?
You can browse BRANDCO’s products by category (e.g. Home & Outdoor) and then sub-category (e.g. Kitchen & Dining) to narrow your search. You can also view items by ‘New Arrivals’ and by brand. To find a particular item, use the search box at the top of the page. This will bring up any products relating to your search that BRANDCO can provide.
 
I live outside Australia. Can I still order through BRANDCO?
Yes you can, as long as the delivery address is in Australia only. Currently, we only ship to addresses in Australia.
 
How do I make purchases?
If you are interested in purchasing an item simply click ‘Add to Cart’. The item(s) will then be added to your shopping cart. To view the products in your cart, click the ‘Shopping Cart’ link on the top right side of the page. From here you can remove items, modify your purchases and proceed to Checkout.
 
Make sure you specify the quantity, size, colour and other item attributes before you add them to your shopping cart. Don't forget to double check these details before you finalize your purchase.
 
If you are not completely committed to an item, add it to your Wishlist! Simply click the small heart icon next to ‘Add to Cart’. You can view the items in your Wishlist via your Account page or by clicking the ‘Wish List’ link in the top right corner of the BRANDCO page.
 
Can I compare products?
Yes. You can compare details like price, brand, availability, rating etc. of up to five items in a side-by-side comparison. Simply click on the small bar icon next to 'Add to Cart’. A small window will open advising you that the item has been added to your Product Comparison page. Click the  Product Comparison link at the bottom of the pop-up window to go to the page and compare your items.
 
What methods of payment does BRANDCO accept?
We accept payment by the following methods:
PayPal
Credit card: Visa and MasterCard
Direct deposit
 
How do I use a discount code?
To claim a discount, enter your discount code during the Checkout process on the Shopping Cart page. This will automatically apply the discount to the price. 
 
Are my personal and financial details safe with BRANDCO?
Yes. We value your privacy and will ensure that your details are secure and remain safe. Your details will not be sold or passed on to third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
 
What if I change my mind about my recent purchase? Can I cancel the order?
If the product is yet to be shipped, we can offer you a store credit to be used on an alternate purchase.
 
Can I print a tax invoice or receipt for my purchase?
Yes. You will receive a purchase confirmation and receipt after you complete the checkout process.
 
 
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY 
 
How long does delivery take?
Once the payment has been approved, the majority of shipments will be dispatched within 24 hours. A few of our products will be shipped by the suppliers directly from their warehouse and will have longer lead times. 
 
If we cannot dispatch your product(s) within 10 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. If you decide not to wait, we can reverse the transaction and refund the full payment.
 
What if I am not at home when you deliver my goods?
We ship our parcels through Australia Post eParcel services which require a signature upon delivery. Australia Post typically deliver during business hours, so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.
 
Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either a Post Office to collect your parcel from, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to call to re-arrange the delivery.
 
Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
Yes. We use Australia Post to deliver around Australia. Please note that if you live in an area that is generally considered difficult to access or is poorly serviced by Australia Post, then we may not be able to deliver to you. This is more likely if the items you order from us are very bulky. In these cases, we will offer you a full refund.
 
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes. Upon request we can provide you with the Australia Post eParcel tracking number. If you wish to track your parcel thereafter, please visit Post eParcel and input your tracking number.
 
When can I expect the delivery?
We expect the majority of our parcels to be delivered within these time frames:
Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days 
Other in NSW: 2-4 working days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-5 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 working days
 
What is the postage & handling charge on orders?
This is the charge associated with picking, packing and delivering to you. The delivery cost may vary from time to time and from product to product. Please refer to the delivery cost at the check-out when placing your order.
 
Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time, we only ship to Australia. However, as international postage charges make it more reasonable, we will assess expanding beyond these two countries. So please keep checking our website and/or subscribe to our newsletter for regular updates.
 
What if I need an item by an urgent date?
We cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date. All items are typically dispatched the next business day, once your payment has been confirmed.
 
Can I purchase from outside of Australia?
Yes you can, as long as the delivery address is in Australia only.
 
Can I send my own courier to pick my parcel up, or can I come and collect it from your warehouse?
Yes. Please advise us when you are purchasing the goods and we will hold the goods for you to collect.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 
What if I am unsatisfied with my product when it arrives?
BRANDCO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your product(s) you can return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of purchase, unused and in the original packaging.
 
Please complete the Return/Exchange form to generate a Return Authority Number (RAN) before you send the product(s) to us. The Products Returns form can be found under the Customer Service Category at the bottom of the page.
 
If the product you return is in a re-sellable condition, BRANDCO will provide you the full refund within 5 working days. However, a $20 service fee will be charged if you return the product due to change of mind. If the product is faulty, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we will arrange for the problem to be amended following the manufacturer's policy. 
 
Please note, BRANDCO has the right to refuse your return.
